Suspenseful

I just got my first Dslr for Christmas and am working on composition. I haven't tried editing anything yet as I want to learn to "see" a decent pic first. My feelings are that you can't polish a turd, so I want to learn to take a good shot first then clean it up. Any help is appreciated. This was taken on the suspension bridge in Wheeling, WV. The bridge moves quite a bit and shakes from traffic so there may be some issues there.

First, I'd say most people don't like to or won't click on links. You will have better chance of attracting feedback if you embed the image. From Flickr is is very easy...see the FAQ if you need details. The image is a nice shot of a bridge. Compositionally it is not flawed, it is symmetrical and you have haven't stuck the horizon dead center. It doesn't do a lot for me but I bet people who love bridges will enjoy this shot.
