Default Christmas zoom

Hi, I need some critique/advise on my first zoom action experiment. Do you think this is a good photo? What do you think about the composition? Some critique on the technique is welcome

Flash: Off
Metering mode: Spot

I like the photo overall but not a big fan of the frame (not that that's a big deal). Just IMO it takes away from the photo. But others may like it, who knows?
You might want to throw in your EXIF data so we can see your setting for critique.

I also think the frame is 'overpowering' the photo..
love the composition and effects from zooming,although a bit more brightness thrown in might be nicer, a 9 or 10 seconds exposure maybe?
