Hi kareem_A and welcome to DPS. This is obviously a beautiful sunset and I like the warm color and silhouettes. The hot spot in the middle draws my eye and keeps pulling it back to it.
Darren has an excellent article on photographing sunsets here. It has lots of great advice.

Keep taking lots of pictures and have fun!

I love the photo, I don't like the position of the photographer

Light is great, colors as well (though I'd try pushing the slider a bit more, but that's me and that experiment usually doesn't end well).

But that street lamp in the middle of the light spot is really not needed there. If you moved around maybe you could find a position to exclude it, or at least to have it somewhere else, not in the central position.

Lighting: great, only critique is light refracted into the silhouettes, easily fixable though.
Colors: pretty gosh darned good
Composition:...
1) There's something about the people. I would like to have more of them in the frame. Shooting in vertical would have mitigated that. With components of a photo (extras, not the foreground or background) I try not to divide things as most people will try to complete it in their minds and distract them from the image.
2) Centering the photo to put the sign in line with the sun

I like the atmosphere and colours of the shot although I agree with the others the composition could be better and also aid reduce clutter in the foreground. For example shooting portrait would have taken out the cars and included more of the people and then if you moved to remove the lamppost from the shot (or even cheated and done some clone stamping) then I think the photo would be perfect !
Pretty good shot either way as these are only fairly minor issues.
