Default Motion blur wallpaper.

Hi. I was trying to create a vista style wallpaper using motion blur photography. What you can see is my cellphone's screen and illuminated dial. As I am not a professional I'm not familiar with the photography jargon, but I'll try to explain my question in the best possible way. The swipe came out the way i wanted, but I feel the picture is pixelated. I want more clarity so that it looks good as a desktop background. Please suggest me what I can do to achieve that. Any other suggestions are also welcomed.

EXIF:
Device make: Sony
Model: DSC-H3
Color space: RGB
Focal length: 6.3
F number: 3.5
Exposure time: 1/4

Thank you. It just makes it easier to view everything on one web page than to go back and forth

. You mentioned pix elation as well as clarity. First problem is the cell phone photo. Cell phone are not known for great photos.
But, if you must try to fix it you can try creating 2 different layers. Your first layer you can try some sort of noise removal step. That could be by adding a Gaussian blur or or if you have a noise removal software program.
The top layer I'd try an unsharp mask application and the erase/mask areas that you dont want so sharp
If that doesnt work, try to shoot it again
