I like the use of the angled horizon. However, the black and white conversion looks a little too "undramatic." I'm not sure what to suggest here, but maybe a duotone treatment or maybe some grain...

+1 on the bw...the tractors usually have bright bold colours, and with all the nature and sky I'd stick to colour. The black and white kind of documentarizes it, which is okay if that's what you're going for. Lifestyle though, I'd keep the rich colours, and maybe warm it up like the golden hour light. It would be more like the memories I have of haying into the evenings in the summertime.

P.S. The HDRs are over done...less is more with those treatments. If you had a wide angle lens, that might be cool on those big machines...

@Sterling: What do you mean with duotone treatment or the grain?

@daddyoproductions: This is the original picture.. Not really great colors in there if you ask me..

I disagree. You do have nice colors, you just have to bring them out. This edit took me about 5 minutes.

First I did an exposure layer and brought it up about a 1/3 of a stop. Then masked out the clouds, because they seemed properly exposed. Next was a levels layer. I used the medicine droppers then set the layer to overlay to give it a lil extra pop. Last I did a shadows/highlights adjustment to bring some of the detail back to the dark spots on the machine, and to bring out some of the shadows in the clouds to make them moodier. It's not perfect, I was sloppy with my masking, but it shows that you do have a nice image with nice colors. And I think it's an excellent composition by the way.

There are tons out there. Youtube is a good place to find em, so is GoodTutorials.com This site also has a ton of good tutorials on it. Search through the tips and techniques section and in the forums. LeeR has posted some great ones on basic stuff that everyone needs to know. Some of his have helped me alot. I'd post links but I have no idea how to do that.

Just looked at the rest of the set. There's some really good shots in there, especially the closeups. The HDR is too much though. I think a few of those would make good Lomo shots. You should try looking up a tutorial for it, or download a free PS action for it.
