Inner City Fountain

i took this photo 2 days ago, (i quite liked it ) wondering what other people thought of it/ any ways to improve it. (it was more luck then skill)

I really like this shot. It seems quite sharp and the exposure seems spot on, which can be hard in that sort of light.
I think I would have possibly changed the composition a bit, and tried to get the blue and red lights closer to the corner or tried a portrait shot. The eye tends to follow the stream of water which is slightly cut off and leads to a corner, which detracts a bit. Otherwise, it's a good photo. You should be really proud!
