Default Wish Knots

It is a common tradition in South Asia to put knots on widows and doors of saints mausoleums, with small strips of fabric. It is beloved that this makes wish come true. In this photo a poor and homeless is knotting his wish on a window of mausoleum of Hazarat Shah Rukan e Alam, Multan, Pakistan.

I love the story behind the image, it always really helps to know what you are looking at.

I like the image. I would have possibly done something a little different on the PP. The image looks desaturated? It also has quite a lot of grain in it, which I am assuming was added during PP.
I love the composition, and the patterns in the image make it a very busy image, but it still works.
I would love to see the original as it will help with determining what PP has already been done.
Well done for spotting the potential, and capturing the image.
