Question Sunset in a recent Dust Storm Maroochydore

Sunset

Taken in the afternoon as the sun set through a major dust storm. Looking out through the stairs in my apartment building. I tried for the framing of the steel work to frame the photo. As I am still very much in learning mode My question would be :Is the dust storm obvious in the photo or is it overwhelmed by the railings etc?. I'm also not sure about the colours

Thanks Windrider. Am a bit confused. I assume my question was too vague and have been a bit more specific. Am I on the right track now?
