Does this need to be cropped more ??? or is this tight enough.??

The quick answer is yes, this is cropped fine. The primary point of interest lies along one of the thirds so conventional wisdom would suggest this is a good position. However, the more complicated answer is another question: "What was your intent?" If this is exactly the image you were hoping for, then again, the answer to your question is yes. If this is not what you wanted or, and this is the more likely case, if you weren't sure what you wanted and just pointed and hoped, then we have some more work to do. One of the first things you need to learn in photography is to previsualize the image BEFORE you shoot. Learn to do that and you will be able to answer this question for yourself every time.
