Beautiful Flowers

I am an amateur to photography and this is my third posting on DPS. I got a shot of these beautiful flowers in my building. Any comments on the composition and the photo per se would be welcome. What better can be done to improve the look of this shot?

They are beautiful flowers! The color and focus are well done, but I would be careful about composition. There are a lot of competing elements, the leaves in the bottom left corner, the hanging basket directly behind the flowers. You could isolate the flowers by getting in closer to the blooms eliminating some of the distractions.
