i have some shots here that i don't know if i did well, i am very new to photography and is very novice. pls teach me what is wrong with these pictures

The flag pole needs to be parallel with the edge of your photo. I say this because it is in the center of your photo. Parallel lines in a photo converge to a point in the distance. You can look this up on line to get a better understanding. However, in this case your flag pole is in the center of your photo and therefor has no parallel line to converge with. In this case the pole and the edge of your photo can and should be parallel. This is true also of horizon lines. Your horizon line in a photo should be even across, parallel with the top and bottom edge of your photo.
Having said all that, I have run across many a flag pole that is "bent" by the wind over time and cannot be "unbent" in the photo. Hope this is of help to you. |

thank you very much, oh yeah i remember about reading comment on straighthening images, i never thought it will be that crucial but really appreciate your honest comment, it is where we novice learned. what is exif on photography? what do you mean? the specs i used?
