I want to know regarding the composition and colour tone. Is it looks good?

There are two things I dislike about this picture:

1. I don't know which subject to concentrate on, the boat or the people play volleyball. The composition fails here because the picture looks cut in half and kinda disorganized. It's just distracting and I don't know whether the boat or the people are distracting me but I feel like only one of the two should be in the picture.

2. The tone is too dark and cold. This is a beach setting and the people are difficult to see and beaches feel warm, inviting, enjoyable. It doesn't feel any of those things. It looks like they are stranded on a cold beach and had no choice but to play volleyball without a net.

I wish you could take the people out of this picture and leave the boat. To me, that would have made for a fantastic picture sans the cold tone.

I'm sorry I had nothing positive to say. The setting is great, but sometimes we just don't get the picture we wish we did.

The thing I enjoy is there are several elements which lead the eye across the picture and back again, ending at the ball game. I like the chill moodiness of the shot. Beaches aren't always warm and sunny, they can even be dangerous. They are also used for work as well as play, as shown with the fishing boat and the game in progress. I have to admit, however, that I didn't understand at first what was going on with the group of people (that they are playing a game).

I would love to see other landscapes of this beach with similar PP treatment.

I would love to see this shot without the cold tone processing. I think that it will probably clear up some of the business. When there are differences in color, maybe it's easier to find something on which to focus.
