Default Experimenting with Water

Took this shot while I was experimenting with water.

Experiment With Water

Exposure: 0.004 sec (1/250)
Aperture: f/10.0
Focal Length: 140 mm
ISO Speed: 400
Exposure Bias: 0 EV

What do you guys think of the effect of the water that is formed around the glass?
Do you guys think that the shadow at the back is very distracting? (Any suggestions on how I can PP to maybe remove/lighten it?)
Lastly do you guys think that the B&W is effective?

Any additional comments/critiques/suggestions appreciated

Thanks for looking!

I like the effect of the motion of the waer and this black and white works. The shadow is distracting. I recommend some backlighting bounced against the backdrop.

I will need to look into what type of light would be more suitable for this shot :S While I took this I tried to avoid in getting the person who is pouring the water in Will need to find a better position next time
