Default Fisher on a flooded Paraná

Is this photo valuable in any way? or is the noise just too high? Is the fisher where he should be in the frame? should there be a larger portion of sky? Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Federico,

I really like this image. It's quite unique. In answer to your questions...

>Is this photo valuable in any way?

Yes! I think this is a lovely image.

>or is the noise just too high?

It's noticable, but it doesn't bother me.

>Is the fisher where he should be in the frame?

I think that placing him in the lower right is a very strong placement.

>should there be a larger portion of sky?

I wish there was more sky in the image. It is a very beautifil salmon pink color and I would love to see more of it.

I hope that helps!

I really like this photo! I say yes it has value. I would like to have seen this from a lower point of view, but then you wouldn't see all the water sections and land islands in the back. That would just turn into more silhouette and that would not be an improvement I don't think. But it's the only way that you could have added more sky without loosing the fisherman to foreground interest.

So, the only improvements I see that you could make is to have the horizon going straight across. The high point on the right I find distracting. I would not suggest you crop it off, but clone it to be horizontal all the way across the photo. Also those three lines across the center are a bit distracting, I'd clone them out as well. Nice capture, nice feel for the time of day, love the colors and the glow of sunset/sunrise. I've enjoyed looking at your photo.
