Default Working hard or hardly working?

Went out last night just before sunset hoping to get some good photos and came up with this one. The angle is intentional, do you think it detracts from the photo or does it work? How is the composition overall? Lighting? Anything I could have done to make this photo feel more dramatic?

the more I looked at it the more I felt the colors were dull and boring...back again with dodgy goodness

Practice does make perfect, but unfortunately there's nothing interesting to photograph wheree I live so that means less practice for me

I like the perspective you did and the gradient background but do wish there wasnt quite so much sky overhead.

Angle really makes the scene seem 20 miles deep.
