Exif info please.Kindly specify what you want comments on.
Personally I feel you have given an apt name for the pic.But I would have liked the ad to be a little more straighter. The face kinda looks crooked. There's something missing in the pic which I am not able to pin point.Maybe the stalwarts of this site be able to help you better.
In all a nice try.

It is cropped but not much. little crop from bottom and right side. there was some unwanted concrete structure which was breaking the composition.

Okay. This is just an opinion nothing else.

The strong points:

Great colour. Nice use of repeated patterns (i.e.) necklace. Interesting subjects. I would have liked to see either of the subjects.

The problem:

Basically everything in the image is a bit too strong. It doesn't give you much space to rest your eyes. Too many eye catching elements meaning none of them really stands out.

I would have liked if either subject the poster or the boy looking in the window were shifted in a bit more to the frame and made the subject of the picture.

Or if the contents of the window were more out of focus drawing our eyes to either of these elements

Or maybe crop one of the elements out.

Anyway this is just an opinion.

I skewed your image to change the balance and dynamic of your capture.

And I added a graduated overlay to make the girl looking into the window the brightest area to add focus.

Before Love skewed it, I probably would have suggested cropping the poster out altogether.

Thank you so much guys. Agree with you about the crop. Looks much stronger than my composition.
