I'm a newbie to photography, but i loved the pic. Excellent expression and great details. The only complaint I have is the cropping. I think having the top of her head would have helped.

well done on the tones and color.. the setback here as hokiemayur said is the cropping.. a portrait orientation would be beautifull..
