Went to listen to a local band and practice low light, high ISO photos. I was better positioned for the sound board (I think that's what it's called?) than the band. I have done some pp in gimp. There was a light at the top of the board which blows out some detail in his right hand. Is that ruining the photo? How is the rest of the exposure? Does this photo have any interest to you? Please add any other critique that would have helped this photo. Thanks.

What an unusual subject! I like it.
All sound boards have lights so the operater can see and I don't think his hand looks blown out at all. Your white balance is great, and the color looks really good, I can't find a single recommendation to make to improve what you have - looks to me like you accomplished what you set out to do.
