Help with lens choice
Hi I currently have a Canon 60D with the kit lenses 18-55 f3.5 -5.6 and the 55-250. I would like to photograph my daughters on coming wedding and I would like to do it without flash as far as possible. I am thinking of a 50mm canon f1.4. Price between 300-500 $. any suggestions.

Yeah for $300-500 shooting a wedding no flash you're going to need a fast lens. With a 50mm lens at a wedding you're going to be doing a lot of leg work moving around or changing lenses often.Nikon D700, D90 - Tokina 17-35mm f4 - Tamron 28-75mm 2.8, Nikon 35mm 2D, 50mm 1.8G, 60mm 2.8D micro, 85mm 1.8, 80-200mm 2.8D - SB900, Metz 58 AF-2 - yn622n transceivers/tx

Btw, I shot my cousin's entire wedding with just the 50mm f/1.4 mounted on the 5D Mk II...you can see those photos on flickr to judge how your images might look...http://www.flickr.com/photos/prabalg...7628512316257/Canon EOS 5D Mk II · EOS 20D · EF 24-105mm f/4L · EF 50mm f/1.4 · Leica D-Lux 5
