Default Panasonic Lumix has my vote

After breaking a couple Olympus 1050 SW's I did quite a bit of research and finally selected the Panasonic Lumix TS1, it was a pretty good little camera but it didn't last too long either. I now have the Lumix TS2 and it has been a great camera, I've taken it surfing 30+ times and it has taken a beating. Always be sure to rinse it thoroughly in fresh water ( I even soak it for a few minutes) to get all the salt off. The Lumix TS3 is now available and it looks like they have significantly improved an already great camera. I can't figure out why Canon hasn't came out with an updated D10 - I'd like to see that!

A great accessory for any waterproof camera is the Wrist Pod I use it all the time to get some great shots.

Default Video Overview of Waterproof Cameras

I found this video about waterproof videos. It seemed fairly interesting and several cameras are examined. I think the video was originally a newscast special.
