Arrow Looking for a really cheap SLR

Hi. So I'm doing a quick market search for a digital SLR for under 250€ (340$). The cheaper the better. I basicly want to shift from point&shoot to SLR.
I'm open to any suggestions tips and anything else.
I hope this is the right part of the forum.

I would go and have a look for a used DSLR. I would recommend following options:
  • Sony Alpha 200/230 or 300/330
  • Olympus 410/420 or 510/520
  • Nikon D3000
  • Canon Rebel XS (EOS 1000D)

The Olympus has a smaller sensor than the rest of the bunch. I personally would recommend the Sony because you can buy old Minolta lenses very cheap.

Yes, sure. Good lenses are:
  • Minolta AF 50 f/1,7 (80-100 EUR/USD)
  • Minolta 35-70 f/4 (25 EUR/USD)
  • Minolta 70-210 f/3,5-4,5 (80 EUR/USD)
  • Minolta 70-210 f/4 "Beercan" (100-130 USD/EUR)
  • Minolta 28-135 f/4-4,5 (250 EUR/USD, there are many bad lenses around)
  • Sigma AF 50 f/2,8 Macro (First Version, 80-100 USD/EUR)
  • Tamron 17-50 f/2,8 (250 EUR/USD used)

For more lenses just have a look at the database at Dyxum: Minolta Sony alpha lens database - Dyxum.com
