Default What is This???

I have a Olympus FE-210 digital camera. A round shadow (in the photo on upper left across from the church steeple) is in each photo. I've cleaned the lens numerous times thinking it may be a speck of dirt or something, but to no avail. Does anyone know what this might be, and how I can get rid of it? I don't have the money for a new camera.

I had entered "private" when I posted the last photo. Maybe that's why it was unavailable. I downloaded this in flickr as "public." Hope you can see it now.

It shows up in the same place on every shot. I can't change lens because it is a point and shoot camera.

I would suspect somehow dust got on the sensor. Seems strange as I thought most P&S were sealed up failry well. Especially if you've cleaned your lens I'm not sure what else it could be.
