Default D60 Custom Menu

For some reason I can't get to page 2 or 3 of my custom menu settings. I have gotten to those pages previously. The camera is new and I'm new to DSLR cameras so I'm wondering if I accidentily did something to block me getting to those pages or is something wrong with the camera.
Thanks for any help

READ YOUR CAMERA'S USERS MANUAL. (RTFM)

Go to the "Setup Menu". (The Wrench icon)

The first choice in the Setup Menu is "CSM/Setup Menu."

Click on that an then select "Full".

Go back to the Custom Settings Menu and all 19 items will now be available.

nokiN - You Rock, and you're right. Next time I'll do a little more diligent research before jumping to the forum.
