Default vertical grip for D90

hello

is anybody familiar with the phottix battery grip for the d90?

i heard that they have a model that is already a grip and battery itself.

wondering if anybody can give me a review.

It's the same that was used on the D80: MB-D80.

Fantastic piece. I very very rarely have it off.

I use MB-D80 for my D90 since last month... Absolutely satisfied and have no plan to take it off though It added certain feels on your DSLR, but not recommended if you don't like heavier DSLR

Default D90 Vertical grip

Another MB-D80 grip user.

The MB-D80's shutter feels just like the D90 shutter.

Every aftermarket grip I have tried, the grip shutter release (and other controls) always feels different.

I use a Nikon grip on all my Nikon bodies that don't have one built-in.
