Default Buying a new camera warning

Hi

I thorough i would save a few quid buying an exdisplay D7000 off ebay

It looked like new

I'm not sure why though but it did not feel right just something about it.

Here is a good tip download 'opanda iexif'

It tells you how many shutter actions the Camera has made

Guess what 12,600

Good news though the Seller has agreed to give me a full refund

Default What's the warning?

You made a purchase. You were unhappy with the product. The purchaser agreed to refund your money.
I've been unhappy with some purchases. I continue to buy from people and businesses that respect my opinions and make my purchasing a safe event.

When you buy something listed as ex display implies just that.

Would you buying an exdemo car thats done 30,000 miles

12,600 shutter actions, i would say its been used for about 18 months

It would have been a great opportunity to get a discount, maybe have him knock off $100 would be sweet.

He offered me £20, it also had big spots in the viewfinder. From what iv reads it could be dust or oil. Just not worth messing about, i'll wait a bit longer and get a new one.
