I am thinking about getting into armature photography to mostly take photos of the outdoors and based on online reviews i am thinking about getting the Nikon d3100. I was think about buying the 55-200mm or the 55-300mm with the camera to get the bundle discount but im not sure.

For landscape work you'll almost certainly want something much wider than 55mm. The 18-55 kit lens is a decent place to start if you're not very sure what you want.
If your intent was to get the 18-55 and another lens, you'll need to decide what kind of outdoor shots you want. Both of the lenses you mentioned are decent intro-level telephotos, so if that's what you need, either should work. Unless the savings is pretty significant, though, I'd wait and work with the kit lens until you find out what it can't do that you want done, then solve that specific problem with a lens purchase.
