Good Day All
I just picked up a D2H body, and I am looking for ANY comments that the membership could lend towards my new acquisition, I obtained JUST the body, missing the charger, flash and synch caps. along with any cables and manual. coming from a D1, wich I have kept and my D70, Any comments would be appriciated, should I purchase the Wi-Fi attachement? any issues that are known with the D2H would be appriciated.

... Why?
No, seriously, why? What did you pay for it and, on a scale from 1-10, how silly do you think you're going to feel when you tell us?

It's a valid question: A quick eBay search shows them hitting the $750-1250 range, though why I'll never know. For $1k, there are a LOT of better cameras to get nowadays, especially if you're willing to go used, as the OP likely is.

D70 is the better camera. The D2h might be a decent camera to use for an IR conversion or something like that. I got a cheap D100 for IR, total cost for the IR converted camera was around $400 (it replaced a much better IR converted D70 that was stolen in Tulsa).
Here's a good take on the D2H: Nikon D2H Review Test |
