I am loving mine, the lenses that come with it are good, although I am travelling soon and would have benefited more with a more general lens eg 18 200mm, the camera is good though I am getting some good shots with it, here are a couple from across the focal range

full zoom
Bird (4)

close up
wolf spider

The camera is also fairly light and not too bulky

Default Manual

My only real tip is that no matter how boring it is
read the manual
from front to back, if you prefer you can download the manual onto the PC and read through it that way.
Doesn't matter how well you think you know cameras you will always learn something new, when you have used your camera for a while read it again, because then you will know what the parts are ETC,
Nice pictures Jackie
