Default D90 won't let me select focus point

As the title says, my D90 is not letting me select the focus point anymore!! A real pain in the neck! I have checked all the menus and can't find what's wrong. I don't think I've accidentally changed something. So does anyone have any idea, have I done something, pressed a wrong button or something accidentally??

Probably not I'm going to have to part with it while it get's fixed aren't I? Boo hoo.

Check focus lock switch (L) right below the ok button.

I'd start with the lock switch. I probably hit that switch by accident at least once a week

OMG Thank you!!!! PMSL I am such an idiot!! That's exactly what it was. I had no idea what that switch was for!! When I bought it I was asking them what it did and they couldn't tell me either and then after I got it I just never bothered looking it up!! rofl.

Well, that was easy! So glad there's not something wrong with it!!

Thank you!

Ah, a RTFM issue

I leave mine locked almost exclusively. Luckily on the D300s its not as easy to knock, but on the D80/D90 its super easy!
