help me please...
why in Manual mode (with flash) my shutter speed decrease itself 'automatically' to 1/200 ? but without flash it can reach up to 1/4000 is anything wrong with my camera settings ? i want to take some pictures of fast moving objects in low light (fish @ my store), so i have to use fast shutter speed ( about 1/600 -1/1000), with high opening aperture, and Flash turned on, BUT with flash turned ON i can't have the desired shutter speed ![]() any suggestion guys ? ![]() Thanks (please mind my english )

Here. Read this article on high-speed sync. That will explain why turning on the pop-up flash will force your shutter speed down to 1/200s or slower.
If you're using flash, you typically don't have to use a high shutter speed to freeze action: the flash burst will often do that for you. It's much shorter than your maximum shutter speed.

thats normal.. its has to do with the way the shuter moves over the sensor and the duration of the flash pulse.
i dont know if the built in flash can do AutoFP.. the speedlights that one can attach to the top of the camera can be used at shuterspeeds fater than the max sync speed IF you enable AutoFP
