Default lens with d90
So, I found my Nikon N6006 that has a Nikkor 35-80, f4-5.6 lens that's been in a closet. I tried to use the lens on the camera, and it works fine. But, when I tried to see if it would work on my Nikon d90, it show an FEE message. Can someone tell me what is the problem? The battery is charged, and the memory card is in the camera. Thanks!

The only time I get the F EE message is when the apeture ring is not set at the highest number.

Set the aperture ring to f/22 and lock it. Enjoy!

6006 is a nice old beast
....that remonds me i still have half a roll of b/w film in mine.

flick the "lock" tab over when stopped all the way down.
