Default Nikon D90 trouble

Hi..
I'm in the middle of photo shoot the other day and was trying to shot the kid and after 4-5 push the trigger is stuck so sudden.. it happen again today.. i wonder what did I do wrong? I tried to shot but it wont let me to shot.. it just stuck..

Not exactly sure what you mean by the trigger, assume mean mean the shutter release. It will not take a picture unless you have a focus lock. So, perhaps you were not in focus.

check your battery charge as well as your battery compartment and make sure it is snug as a bug in a rug.

Ahhh yes the focus was locked I didnt realized that..

Also if you are using a battery grip, especially an after market grip, make sure it's tightened down. I've known a few people to have this come loose and not allow the camera to function.
