    ok thanks man! yah i did research right after i looked at it and i do remember it had something to do with the shutter being open longer. thanks again!

    That waterfall picture was a 2 second exposure at f/32 taken about 20 minutes before sunset. Just make sure you put your camera on a tripod or something solid and set your shutter speed for at least 1 second depending on how fast the water is moving.
