First I duplicated the layer (Ctrl+J) in photoshop
Then I selected Blending mode- Screen (If you need it lighter still, just duplicate layer (Ctrl+J again)
Then I used the dodge tool at a size to fit iris of eye,and used a strength of 13% set for mid-tones. Just play with strength and until you like it regards, Ken

Thank you for taking the time to play with one of the photos I put up in my Pseudo-HDR thread. I'd like to know if you just raised the brightness, or what you did. When I was playing with it I wasn't able to get as good of results as you did, but then, I'm just barely learning to post process.
    Thanks again.
