I was only thinking about you today , along the same lines of "long time" . All is good just moved into the new house and the rest of the will is awaiting a decision on Tax on Superannuation and a Coroners report . The paperwork for the house should be done tomorrow morning and it will be in my name . There has been a few hurdles along the way but thankfully its winding up . Hope things with you guys are good and the kids are doing well , last I heard one had just broken his arm so hopefully they are in better health , best wises to all the family mate and thaks for looking in , always nice to know someone cares . Ha ha . Talk soon mate .

Hey Bloke , Thanks for checking out the site , I too was a little disappointed with the lighting and flash , but I really know nothing about flash and need to put some time (and money) into improving it . As it was I basically ended up with the settings you suggested but did forget to take the hood off so got some shadows , (aaaahhhhh) anyway its my first real internet credit so Ive taken one small step . Dont ever worry about delays in answering as I understand we all have lives and shit happens so all good . Take care , talk soon .

i had a lok at the hapkido stuff. loks cool! some nice action shots in there.. just a pitty about the onboard flash shadows.
other than that the motion was nicley frozen... and at good moments too.!
