Ok ok so I'm a lil bored today

Great shot although a touch blurry - I don't know if that was camera shake or dog shake. If you could get a view like this without the blur, it would be even better. Pushing the ISO up to 400 would allow you a faster shutter speed, which might be enough to make a difference (I checked the properties over on Flickr).

Hope you didn't get your lens slobbered over too much getting up that close!

this one is still a bit off but maybe a little less blurry than the first one. The tongue just kileld me. And no i didnt get too slobbered on. I think she was rather annoyed at me cause I was holding her collar trying to make her sit still

The first one is better - that tongue makes a huge difference.

thats kinda what i thoguht too. Guess we'll have to bug the dog some more cept I dont have another day off till after Christmas. Not that its a bad thing. My "day" job is only from 9 to 2 but during the holiday season I volunteer a lot of time for the childrens toy drive and then for sveral days this week my husband and I will be delivering toys to hundreds of children. Its well worh it!

i tried this with my parents dg once when he was sleeping. Apparently I went in a bit too close and just brushed his nose and he jumped and snapped and i jumped and screamed. Scared the crap out of me.....nice close up wind and I dont really mind the blur on a shot like this....would be nice if it was in focus a little more but still a cute shot with a good result.

Love the shot too. One thing nice about our pets - they may get a little annoyed but they still love the attention. How nice that your husband and you help out with the children's toy drive. I've always felt that this is a nice group of people.
