Lee,
Thanks for the link to the Macro Site.

I am just starting with DSLR and have taken a strong liking to Macro. I have a D80 and am looking at getting the Nikon 105mm VR f2.8.

This macro site looks like a GREAT place to get some tips and share info.

Thanks again.
Jim

Hi Jim,
I have the D80 also but don't have a dedicated macro lens. I have some +1, +2 and +3 diopters that I have been experimenting with. How do you like the D80?

Lee,
The D80 is my first foray into digital photography with a DSLR. I used several Point & Shoots before I made the decision to go to DSLR. Glad I did.

And as I look at more ways to satisfy my NAS (Nikon Acquisition Syndrome ) I am glad I bought the D80. I am looking at some flash equipment and having the flash commander capability on board with the built in flash is a great feature.

I had a great time with the camera on vacation on the Olympic Peninsula, Washington.
