Hi! Macro is one of my favorites. I like the saturation of the colors except for one little concern - it is a little bit blurry. Might be a shake in your camera or probably a slight movement of the leaf.

I shot this without a tripod. I should carry it with me wherever I go. It was a little windy that day, but should have been able to steady the shot better than this. Being new to "Macro", I guess I was maybe a little nervous. You know, hearing the critiques before even uploading the shot. I will work on that. Thanks for your comments.

There is definitely motion blur - you can see the double image effect quite clearly in the water drops at the bottom left when you look at the full size image on Flickr. That is less than ideal for a macro photograph but perhaps you could do something with this picture by using post-processing effects to enhance the beauty and hide the shake.
For example, do a search for the "orton effect"; that relies on overlaid blurred layers and might give you a result that makes the light and colour overwhelm the shake. Wulf |
