The original from a Fuji is (for the sake of generality) just over 20" x 30". I took a shot of a berry from a bush, slightly bigger than a BB (the little copper-colored "bullet" from a kid's gun). The resulting photo shows this berry at about 14 inches across. This is where things start to break down, though. The depth of field at one point is less than 1/16 of an inch. Color shifts in the Sun, giving outer subjects a rainbow. Being able to zoom is the best part, something I can't do in Macro.
