Exclamation best combination of lens and camera for jewellery

HELP WE WERE ROBED! I need to replace the fuji finepix S9600 with 28mm to 300mm zoom lens that was stolen.
We shoot jewellery made from a broad range of fantastic colorful and textural materials including glass plastic wood natural stone metal textures fabrics …. All are great to photograph.
Our jewellery ranges in size from a small pearl up to necklaces A3 page size or slightly larger with most common size being that of a chunky necklace.
I use a soft box and daylight bulbs so have the lighting reasonably under control.
I would like to improve from the from the Fuji combo and find the best combination of lens and camera (DSLR with dedicated Macro lens?) that would suit this range of picture size oh yea and all for the least possible cost, I guess second hand would be my best option.
Can a dedicated macro lens shoot A3 size image ok?
Really appreciate some help with this!
Please let me know smart budget solutions brands and model numbers.
Many thanks

This is probably not the budget option, but any of the Canon DSLR's with a dedicated macro lens will do a good job. I have the 100 mm f2.8 macro and highly recommend it. I'm sure an equivalent setup from Nikon would also be nice. If you're taking the trouble to use a lightbox and need the photos for critical usage (advertising etc.,) you shouldn't skimp too much on the camera equipment.

Default would the Fuji lens be a good macro option?

Would there be much advantage buying a DSLR camera with dedicated Macro lens over the NEW fuji FinePix S100FS with Fujinon 14.3x Optical Zoom 28-400mm lens?
I am concerned whether the Fuji lens will be suitable. http://www.fujifilmusa.com/products/digital_cameras/s/finepix_s100fs/index.html
The Fuji camera is a budjet option
