Default Macro Chains

My first attempts at "studio" shooting.

I enjoyed playing with lighting available in these shots. This one was my macro shot designed to show detail on the chain. After posting I looked at the picture again and noticed the light is in the frame. Should I crop to remove? I can't decide. I feel it doesn't distract from the image, but on the other hand, it is visual clutter.

I would try doing a tighter crop with only the chain in the frame maybe something like what I have done with your pic.

You may also want to resize your pic based on the posting rules before a mod gets to it

Cheers
