Match stick macro

Hi,
this is my match stick macro(i don't know if this qualifies).i used a magnifying
glass with my kit lens.Its not very sharp like i intended.:(



any comments are much appreciated :D

Interesting how you've got the plane of focus going diagonally....that looks pretty cool Am guessing the magnifying glass gets you way closer than you normally can?

It might not be that sharp but it's sharp enough to be making interesting pictures with....keep at it

Get yourself a kit of close-up filters, they are dirt cheap and very effective!
