Hey you guys dont know how lucky you out over the pond here in the U.K its so High (fuel) that I haven't used my car for 3 weeks now. The nearest filling station to me disel is up to £1.30.9 a ltr yes thats right a litre and petrol is now £1.20.9 a litre. So I dont have any of the money either.

Nice shot by the way.

yep, i think its becoming universal, the sickening high cost of fuel......terrible when you live on gravel roads in a country where you get tonnes of snow and have to have 4 wheel drive to get to work some winter days.... i'd love to drive an economical car but.......

This thread wasn't meant to get political about money, but I couldn't agree with you more. And it's not only fuel, it's EVERYTHING.

I am saving some money to get me a scooter so I can save money on gas, ain't that weird!

Regarding the photograph, nice color and good detail, sharp focus too. I prefer the bill to be in sharp focus instead of half only (that is how I prefer my close ups and macros, as much of my subject in focus as possible).

You can achieve this by decreasing your aperture to get better DoF. You can also choose your focus point in the middle of the bill; when close to the subject, the DoF spreads approximately 1/2 in front and 1/2 behind the focus point.

Fuel prices are crazy, but it isn't just for those of us in the US. Others have it worse believe it or not - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gasoline_usage_and_pricing

Like the shot
