I took this shot of a forsythia in my yard at the end of a rain storm. Do you think that the large rain drop in the upper left of the shot is too distracting. Cloning it out would be difficult and time consuming but may be worth it.

Great picture!
Perhaps you could drop the ISO a bit, so there is less noise. The drop of water wasn't a distraction until I read about it .Thanks for sharing!
