Thumbs down How to shoot microscope photos?

I recently purchased an AmScope T490B trinocular microscope, which has a C-Mount for adding a camera. I put my Canon 5D MK II on that port... and get a small circle image rather than one filling the frame...

In looking over the web, I see other's images that clearly have filled their frame, so something is amiss with my setup.

The images are crisp and the setup looks like it will work well, IF I can get some sort of relay lens or adapter that will allow me to use the full sensor of my 5D MK II, and not just a 23mm circle in the center.

Any suggestions or links to solutions for this problem?

Title's all fixed. Sorry I don't have any recommendations though! I'd love to see some of these microscope shots in any case.

Hi,
I checked the link you gave us about your microscope and clicked the link "click here for more pictures 3" and I saw what kind of photo you can realize with it. Unfortunately, all the examples are circles photos. I don't know if this is what you are talking about...
Have a nice day!

Yes, if I were to crop the images, those circles are what I would get. The circle is 20 mm in diameter, so does not even fill the height of a full frame sensor like the Canon 5D MK II.

I have seen pictures from others that fully fill the frame, and appear rectangular. From what I have gathered in my reading, it looks like I need a "relay lens", but I have not had any luck finding one yet.
