Seems a bit soft. Was this shot hand held?
What setting did you use.....i think the DOF could be a bit deeper and a touch of fill light maybe.
I think its a great composition and would only suggest a tiny crop from right side.
Beautiful colors and really nice with the dew on it.
Have you played around with it in post?

Thank you very much, you were right the Camera was handheld. It was breezy so I asked my son to stand on the left hand side of the flower to sheild it. It was cloudy too, and that makes the colors stand out. My son was wearing a light yellow colored jacket which reflected the light on to the flower. No I did not do any editing on this shot, but tried it today. Edited version is attached herewith.

Pls do advise which is better.
