Hi, this is my first time posting on this awesome forum.

Here are some shots I took with my EOS 450D and kit lens, being a high school student, unfortunately I cannot yet afford a dedicated macro lens.
Any help you could give me, or any critiquing would be immense help. Especially on composition and lighting.
Be brutally honest!

Outside in my garden - available light:

Camera: Canon EOS 450D
Exposure: 1/3200 sec
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 55 mm
ISO Speed: 400

Have a check on the rules - ONE post with ONE picture per day across the critique sections. I've fixed that for you and added the core EXIF information (easily copied from Flickr), so hopefully you will now get some critique on the picture.

Cheers,

Wulf
