Default field of...ermm grass?

hi!

please do give your input re:composition and exposure, feel of the pic,etc

any and all comments are welcome and much appreciated

amhuirnin, I can't tell you anything about technical stuff but I can tell you about the feel.
I like colors in this pic very much but something is just not right here. It doesn't evoke anything for me.
Maybe you should try to take the photo of the field differently?Maybe to find a place where grass is thicker ?

marija is right, maybe a different angle. did you burn the top of the grass? are they really like that, they look so dark.

what u said echoes my thoughts as well, but i cant seem to put my finger on whats wrong or how it went wrong. maybe its d angle or ligthin

and bayani, yup, theyre really dark. these are found in diliman's sunken garden, couldnt get any closer though cause of all the mud and stuff

Hi,
The photo is well taken in regards to focus, exposure etc, but like the others said, there's something missing.
For me, it's that I can't see the point of the photo, I don't know what it's supposed to be saying to me or making me feel. I could only suggest taking the photo again from various angles and places and see what looks best. Perhaps if the background showed some sky and/or a larger expanse of the field, although obviously well out of focus, it might help give some perspective on the individual grass stalks. Just a thought.

my personal thought is you should have made it brighter, to make sureal, so pretty.sorry i can't really explain myself does it make sense or its vey unclear??or else no prob with the pic

I don't like the emptiness behind the grass and there is something that I miss too. There should be something (preferably in the grass), that attracts the eyes to it and you can say:"So that's the point of this picture".
