Default Strawberries and Milk

Well this is my first attempt at this and I need some input as to how to do it better. I have read a few of the threads that others have posted re doing this type of shot with water droplets. What could I have done different to get the milk splatter sharper or is it sharp enough as it is. Also is there to much light or not enough. Here is my set up.
I used my 70-200mm f4IS lens for this one. Had a strobe snooted to camera right shooting accross the strawberry from right to left. I also had a strobe shooting through an umbrella from camera left for the fill on that side. Had one strobe shooting directly at the strawberry. Here is the exif
Camera: Canon EOS 40D
Exposure: 0.004 sec (1/250)
Aperture: f/14.0
Focal Length: 100 mm
ISO Speed: 800

This shot was also used as part of my 365 project I started on Jan 1 at
Jerry's Photography Project 365
Thanks in advance for your help

I think your image looks great, but I'm still new to photography. May I ask if you were shooting with a (telephoto?) zoom lens or through glass or something? I want to try some shots like this but I only have a 55mm lens and am worried about liquid splashing onto the camera.

I was using my 70-200 zoom lens however you can still do it with your lens. Just put it a little further away and then crop into your shot in post production.
