Question Rudbeckia Hirta colored or B&W?

Rudbeckia Hirta

Camera: Sony DSC-H1
Exposure: 0.025 sec (1/40)
Aperture: f/2.8
Focal Length: 6 mm
ISO Speed: 64
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: Off, Did not fire

Please let me know what I can do to improve this image, and would it be better if printed as colored or black & white?

Thank you.

I enjoy the colour photo much more than the B&W. The yellow makes a nice impact amongst all the green.
